He also is a contributing author to the California Continuing Education of the Bar’s “Alternative Dispute Resolution in California,” which was published in 2005. Mr. Kornblum has authored well over 125 published articles on trial practice, discovery, civil procedure and insurance law and related topics. He served as assistant dean and professor in the early 1970s at Hastings College of the Law, at which time he co-founded and administered the Hastings College of Advocacy. Mr. Kornblum is a well-known lecturer to bar associations and professional groups, having given over 400 presentations in 35 states and three foreign countries.
